I wish I knew what some of you were talking about when you said that the program is not free. I use it just fine and I don't have to pay a single dime. The only things that don't appear to be free is for it to save your conversion, use a very high video bitrate, convert .flv files, and free lifetime updates. Other than that, the program has worked perfectly, not asking me for a penny. I was able to convert like 8 videos to my blackberry storm 2 format quickly and easily, and the videos work perfectly on my phone, unlike other converters that made videos that constantly and randomly freeze on my phone. Maybe you guys did something wrong or they fixed whatever the problems was when I downloaded it today. I definitely give this awesome converter a good rating. ALTHOUGH, I don't know how well it converts each file to other files, I just did one combination so far, simply changing the video size and bitrates but not the file format.
